A native New Yorker, Alejandro Zapata began a career with the NYPD. The opportunity to fulfill his childhood dream of being a police office fostered his development of mental, physical, and emotional strength. After 23 years of service Alex retired as an an esteemed 2nd grade detective, and decided to move to the Sunshine State.  

 

Alex is a devoted husband, and

father to 4 beautiful children who

inspire him to keep motivated. As a

second generation American, his

Dominican heritage keeps him

rooted in traditional family values of

faith, honesty, and hard work.

Despite his accomplishments he

strives to remain humble. He is a

genuine people person and loves helping others in the community. 

 

Through his own various investments and experience, Alex knows the right questions to ask and does his research so his buyers and sellers have an expedient and seamless experience. He maintains a transparent relationship with his clients so he keep his focus on their needs.
